carbs are bad ðŸ˜
I'm 6 months PP and now getting serious about weight loss. I find I eat a lot of carbs but if I don't I'm starving. For example this is what I'll eat in a day:
Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: crackers and tuna
Snack: yogurt and oat
Dinner: meat/fish, rice and veggie
Bedtime: sometimes cereal
Anyway I know I need to cut out food before bed so I will. But how can I cut out these carbs?? I'm also not a smoothie person, no time for that lol. Help!!!
