drink while with baby?

I've been asked out for a drink with a friend at lunch, but I can't find a  babysitter for my 7 month old, is it okay to have 1 drink while with baby? My family are telling me I can't

One drink is fine just make sure the bartender doesnt make it strong

Me my husband his gma and both our kids went to dinner the other night me and my husbands gma had margaritas and my husband had vodka and sprite with our dinner then we went grocery shopping and we were all fine we just stayed at the table longer eating chips

I think having one drink is OK, as long as you stay for one hour before you drive to allow the alcohol to get out of your system before you drive a car.

Does one drink make you feel inebriated in any way? Is it like hard alcohol? I think if it's like a glass of wine with lunch it's not a big deal so long as it doesn't make your perception altered in any way. However if you get buzzed or even a little tingly I wouldn't touch it with my child around.

I'll have two drinks maximum if I'm with my baby. Just enough to get a slight buzz but never enough for a strong buzz or full on drunk.
