what a SURPRISE!
Just went for my first ultrasound after my 2nd bfp with iui.... my first bfp last month ended in miscarriage. They saw 3 gestational sacs and yolk sacs on all! Measuring a week behind but my doctor said that's normal.... should know for sure next week if there's 3 babies in there!!! You can see A and B on the bottom and B and C on top.
