Not sure and a little confused!

OK so I had the essure procedure done in February 2015 never went back for the x-ray! I currently use NO protection with my husband due to the essure! My boobs are beyond huge right now, my periods have been somewhat normal (as in they come every month), I'm currently ovulating! When is a good time to test?
