I'm getting married and we are getting a prenuptial agreement drawn up. I want to add a clause about social media and text messages. Like if the other party posts nudes or if personal text messages are shared with anyone, they have to forfeit some dollar amount. In fact I think both people should have to delete all text messages when they break up. My fiancé keeps all text messages. I've even read the ones between him and his ex even though I'd be pissed if he let someone he's dating see our messages. Thank goodness iPhone has the print reader, because he used to LEAVE HIS PHONE OPEN! 😳. How he has the nerve to ask me to send him naked pics was beyond understanding. I trust him but girls will sneak a phone in a minute....they admit to it on Glow all the time. So should there be a requirement to delete texts once you break up and a ban on them being able to post nudes to anything like social media?
