My dog is an asshole

Now my issue is not with my 6 month old, he's absolutely perfect. Never gets into trouble, never makes a peep and he's so calm. 

My 9 month old on the other hand is atrocious. He barks at nothing, barks at people, barks at other dogs. He pees in the house without warning. He humps everyone and everything. He jumps on everyone. He's good aggressive with my other dog. It's out of control. They both sleep in their crates at night because they're huge and he's the only one who wakes my husband and I up everyday. 7 in the morning every single day, he's crying in his cage. 

I can't take this anymore. Both of my dogs have had the same training and nothing is working with him. They are both getting fixed next month but besides that, I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any positive advice to give on this situation? I refuse to give up on him, he's my baby. But we have a baby on the way and he's so much to handle. I don't want to have to shut him away in fear that he will hurt the baby.
