Short Luteal phase. Any advice?

So I think my short Luteal phase maybe part of our TTC trouble. Based on OPKS and bbt I ovulated on CD 19. I began spoting today and I suspect AF will be here tomorrow 😞. I realize a short Luteal phase I can make implantation unlikely. I'm currently taking Vitex which is supposed to help with this. Anyone else have any advice? I'm so eager for a BFP and feeling a bit discouraged at the moment. I thought about going to see my doctor but I have a feeling she won't do anything yet since we have only been TTC for 5 months. Sigh...😞
