Excited and Scared

This past December I had a miscarriage at 5w. My doctor gave us the ok to start trying again right away, I was so excited to get my BFP this past Sunday and am 4w1d today (EDD Oct. 30th). I'm getting more scared as I approach my 5w mark and every little thing I feel worries me. Especially last night I had awful cramps for a good 15-20 minutes, but luckily with no bleeding. I'm doing good today, but I just wish I could get some peace of mind...
