"Birthing From Within" sculpture

I just started reading "Birthing from withing" a few days ago. The book is interactive in many ways and encourages art making during pregnancy. One of the exercises in the early chapters, is to make a power birth figure (fertility figure) loosely inspired by ancient figurines such as the venus of willendorf and the venus of Laussel. Here is a picture of mine that i sculpted out of air dry clay at 1am last night! Ha ha. Once it completely dries in a couple days im going to paint and seal it. It fits in the palm of my hand, the book encourages bringing the figurine with you when you go into labor because you can rub it like a worry stone.
