newborn routine

I have a nearly 3 week new born. Loving every minute but very tierd!
I want some advice as I'm struggling get myself in a routine.
I love a routine!
I somehow feel worse when I have a lie in
I'm one for getting up & ready, but it seems so hard as I'm working around my baby
