Bloating
I know we are all suffering from "the bloat". Has anyone found some remedies or changed something in their life to be "less bloated"?
I feel like a cow lol. My husband and I aren't planning to tell anyone until we're in the safe zone, due to a previous Mc and Cp.
And I don't want anyone to find out by looking at my big belly before we get to tell the news ourselves.
