8 week us and no baby yet

Just had my 8 week dr appt yesterday and we didn't see a baby only a sac. Dr said we could have miscalculated ovulation and sent me for some hcg testing. This happened with my 1st child and everything went well, I did ovulate later than I thought, but I'm still feeling so anxious/sad/nervous this time around. Don't "feel" as pregnant as I should be at 8 week compared to my other kids. Anyone have experience with this too? Now it's just a waiting game! Please 🙏 for us. Thank you!
