When is the best time to take your pill?

Im trying to determine when to take it. I used to take it at night but i would always be anywhere from 0-3 hours off. I want to take it in the morning but i dont always wake up at the same time. So im not sure when would be best!!

I take another nightly medicine so I would take my birth control at the same time with my other med. I feel it's easier to take it at night as part of your before bed routine. For me anyway! Everyone's different.

I take mine at 8am because I have other pills so it's easy to remember. I guess if you have something else that you do for your daily routine like brushing your teeth at the same time every morning or night that would be a good time

The afternoon is always an option. Doesn't need to be morning or night. If you know you're usually home and awake at like 1pm then take it then.

This app has a reminder you can set for the same time everyday. I take mine at 11am. Pick a time that you know you are usually at home.
