still no panorama test!

I have been waiting almost 3 weeks now for my doctors office to get more panorama tests in to get my blood drawn. They were supposed to be in this week. I feel like such a bug calling every day to check and just get told no. I'm getting so impatient. It's not fair. What the heck is taking so long.
