Hey Victoria, I was diagnosed with PCOS about 13 years ago, I manage it with diet and currently my cycles are 40days long which I am very proud of. Over the past 3-4 months I think I have been having symptoms of IC.. I have not been diagnosed properly but I am a temporary resident in Australia atm and can't really afford to have it looked into further. Trying to figure out what helps and what doesn't at the minute. Any advice would be really appreciated xx
