One test yes, another says no. Am I pregnant?

So long story short, I got two positive pregnancy tests yesterday at 8 DPO. I called my fertility doctor that morning and they had me come in for a blood test. The blood test came back negative. At about 3am this morning I woke with miserable, gut wrenching chest pains and started vomiting blood. I ended up in the ER for 8 hours and two of the tests they ran were a blood pregnancy and a urine pregnancy test. I told them the results of my ones the day before but they said in order to run additional tests, they had to test. Both came back positive. My HCG levels were 4 yesterday and 17 today and the urine test got a strong positive. So the question is, does this mean I'm pregnant? My fertility doctor wants me back Monday to test again but is pretty confident that I am and my blood test was just to early yesterday. I was only on cycle day 24 and had ovulated just 8 days prior.
