Breastfeeding abd pregnancy

I have been breast feeding for 7months now still no period but in the last couple of weeks my vaginal discharge is abundant lol watery and clear sorry tmi but im a little concerned I could possibly have #4 on the way... I thought you couldn't get pregnant while breastfeeding! !! Please be nice I have no clue!
