Just a little worried

Now my doctor told me what was normal cramping but just to make sure I was cramping all last night it would come and go and while I was at work 11:30 am to 5 pm.

They were a little more heavier then the ones I normally get and I had to sit down but I am not bleeding . It's all over my uterus not on just one side . I'm sure they are normal but I just want someone more experienced or going through the same thing to let me know.

I'll also be 7 weeks tomorrow if that helps
