jumping rope?
I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not but incase I was, is it safe to jump rope, let's say 30 minutes or more daily? I have tummy chub I want to deflate but I'm tired of being scared to get fit and healthy and start working out incase I was pregnant. So due to this it's not doing me much good.
I always feel if I start working out and ended up pregnant I'd lose the baby because I feel I'd be putting my body under too much stress.
Is jump roping safe in the first trimester? I really want to start working out and have done for 15 minutes today. I hate living in fear of being pregnant. It's an ugly cycle to be in......
