tomorrow's the day😭

After the 2 week & 6 day struggle of being told their was no heartbeat and not having any pain or bleeding I went to the hospital yesterday for another scan, unfortunately it's the same result so tomorrow I've got a bed booked to have the tablet:/ I had the first part yesterday and have had a few pains/cramps this evening so now for a very early start tomorrow, I've never been so scared in my life, I don't know what to expect or how I will deal with the pain, does anyone have an advice?
