serious back aches?!?

Well I'm not actually having SERIOUS backaches I over exaggerated lol but if I stand too long I'm noticing that my back feels out of alignment at the bottom? It's weird. Maybe it's a mix of the relaxin and the round ligament pain or something. Anyone else experiencing something similar? I'm 14 + 2

You should ask your doctor for physical therapist recommendations! My doctor gave me the names of therapists who specialize in back pain for pregnant women :) Might be worth a shot!

I have the same problem 😭 My doctor said today that it could be a symptom of UTI so they are doing lab work but also said that some women just have that problem during pregnancy and I might try investing in a maternity support belt.

Extreame back ache. Infact the tail bone hurts a lot if sitting for too long. Have to sit in straight posture to avoid pain. Can't sleep at night. Taking turns is a nightmare now. :( @ 15 weeks
