best/safest ways to workout/get exercise?
Hey ladies! For you multiple mommas to be how are you guys working out? I'm 17 weeks +1 and recently had a bleed scare both babies good but they could never find a cause for bleed 😫 they saw some blood in my uterus so they put me of modified bed rest until I have 1 full week without blood (old blood still coming out when I wipe)... I go on long walks on the weekends and the dr told me 5-6 mile walks were too much for a twin pregnancy, before I was pregnant I played soccer and Raquetball, which are also a no go. So just curious how all you ladies are getting in your exercise?!?
