week 3 and cramps

Hey all! I am so excited to be pregnant for the first time! My husband and I tried for a very very long time and had success with Clomid and Ovidrel trigger shot. That being said, I am so nervous about miscarriage. Does anyone else experience cramping (I guess like a period, but I haven't had one in so long that I don't know?!), especially at night? No bleeding, just cramps. I'm taking progesterone, so I hope that helps decrease the chance of MC.. but just trying to find anyone experiencing the same symptoms or fears?! Thanks :)
