Cd 51 no af & getting bfn's 😞😞

I just wish I'd know something. It's so frustrating not knowing. Ive taken 4 tests total & their all - 😞😤😭.. Maybe I'll get the BFP @ a later date but I just wanna know. Anyone get a late BFP later in pregnancy? Also I'm having little symptoms such as 1 single spot, breast tingling, minor cramping, slight nausea on & off. I'm afraid af will show.. Haven't had a period since I last went off Jan 9th. I'm not sure of what to do nor when to test again!? My little sister just had my nephew & I have no luck. 😞😞
