Signs of pregnancy

I was supposed to get my period last week I have lower back pain I don't feel like eating my boobs have been really sore and I havent been able to sleep. Are these all signs of pregnancy? Are there any other signs? Should I be worried? Me and my boyfriend have a ridiculous amount of sex but he always pulls out and I'm on the depo shot.
