flu remedy?

I have tried everything I know to do to help with the flu :( this is day 3 or 104° fevers, runny/stuffy nose, and a ridiculously sore throat! I have Vicks rub on my chest and I am taking mess to keep to fever down.. any remidies yall can think of? I've tried most of the traditional things.. I'll take any help I can get!!

104 fever u need to go to the ER. Plain and simple. U tried everything , now let the doctors look at u and give u the correct medication and bring that fever down,  fast.

Hospital NOW. High fevers are extremely dangerous, as in cook your brain dangerous. By the sounds of it you have some sort of nasty infection, not just the flu. Strep causes severe sore throats and fever and usually needs antibiotics. It is also contagious. So get your butt to the ER before it gets the chance to get any worse. Good luck and please don't sit at home suffering any longer
