lazy or not???

I have a question to all moms lol??? I have an 8 month old and I'm very exhausted since when I'm bearly falling asleep he decides to get hungry okay don't mind feeding my son but I do feeding and then change diaper should I get my butt up at all times and wash my hands or is okay to use handsanitizer?? Normally I get up after his diaper change to release some urine and wash hands of course lol but lately I have been doubting if I can just do that??
