short-sightedness 🤓 and natural birth

Hi ladies! I'm very short-sighted (wear contacts of -7) but want a natural birth (with epidural, but not the C-Section). However, I've heard that it might be dangerous for my sight... Has anyone had the same problem and given a natural birth? How did everything go?
