Extremely Lazy and tired

I am having nausea vomiting everyday and already lasted 1month. This is my 2nd pregnancy but 1st baby. can't findy favourite food, have no idea what to eat everyday. Very down recently.... Wonder how can people can have a few pregnancy and how they went through..
