Worried about preterm labor

I'll have to travel on a 14 hour flight from Europe to Asia in 4 weeks. I'll be 23-24 weeks at the time. All articles I've read say it's absolutely fine to travel during that time but I'm afraid of the risk of preterm labor. I believe you need hospital facilities to help the baby born that early to breath and function in order for the baby to survive. What if I give birth on the airplane? I'm paranoid.
