HCG 16 DPO = 163 ... think I'll be ok?

Question

Last period started 1/20, ovulated 2/5, expected period 2/18 but missed, got blood test 2/21 (3 days after missed period and 16 days after ovulation), doc just called to say I was on the low end with HCG of 163. Going this afternoon for a test 48 hours later, obviously hoping for 300+!

Any else have similar numbers and turn out ok??

The actual number won't matter as much as seeing it double every 48 hours. Hopefully when you do a repeat it goes up! I work for a clinic and I've seen patients with levels of 35 2 weeks after IUI that go on to have successful pregnancies

Finally heard back from the nurse ... My results from 48 hours later had doubled, so they aren't concerned! Such a relief. I know anything is could still happen, but right now in this moment I choose to be HAPPY because of this good news!

At 15 dpo I was 128. The biggest thing is that your numbers increase in an appropriate amount of time. I'm currently 7w3d and just saw my little nugget again yesterday with a strong heartbeat!

Yes I wouldn't worry about the number if is not doubling then worry. That usually means something so wrong. It happened to me and I miscarried at 8 weeks. It was terrible. I am currently pregnant again and this time the numbers were through the roof. Good luck
