Nightmares about little blob?

Omg I had the worst nightmares last night about Little Blob and I was having the most excruciating miscarriage the baby was fully formed and busted and mangled parts of him/her were coming out of me and I was trying to force it back inside to keep it alive and we were in a Japanese bathroom with the specialty toilet spray thing and this slime kept oozing out of me, I was crying so hard, woke up, ran to the bathroom and made sure nothing was coming out then crawled back into bed. Such a painful dream! Have my ultrasound appt on Monday to hopefully hear a heart beat and see the little blob on the screen to make sure all is OK.

Anyone else having nightmares?
