Bridezilla?

I'm getting married in April next year and I'm sure closer to the time I'll be rushed and a bit stressed but I'm watching Bridezillas and I can't believe these women. Did anyone go nuts close to the day?

The military kinda screwed us, we had ours set for Oct. He came home from deployment, early September,  only to be told 3 days later, he would be leaving shortly and be gone the remainder of the year.  We had 4 days. So we threw if all together,  got my best friend here,  and married at the base chapel. It was unique and fast. I didn't have time to bridezilla lol. And actually our witnesses didn't even wear what I had picked out and I didn't care.

Nope. My mom pretty much hijacked my entire wedding and it wasn't worth fighting over. So I just let it go, in the end my wedding was amazing!!! And both my husband and I loved it! My sister however, just got engaged and is already fighting with my mom!! I'm staying out of it..

I was completely fine I feel like until two days before then it sat in and I started freaking because that's the only time you can actually put things together and get stuff done, the two days before (ESPECIALLY) the day before, for me was the worst and I was most definitely bridezilla. But freaking out and any time is def normal!

I got married in September. I am a TOTAL control freak. I spent most of planning obsessing over every little detail. In the couple months leading up, I just didn't care anymore. I accepted the fact that something would probably go wrong and that there's was nothing I could do. So I designated my matron of honor (my mother) to be told all the problems 😂 I told all the vendors before the wedding to go to her with issues the day of. Made my day completely stress free! I didn't find out until 2 weeks after my wedding that our officiant got a flat tire on the way to the ceremony and showed up 15 minutes before the ceremony all sweaty and totally not dressed for the occasion.

Nope! Just went with the flow. No point in getting angry or throwing a fit. Regardless of how much planning you do, if somethings going to go wrong it will. We had a bad thunderstorm on our wedding and it was pouring rain... then a transformer blew at our reception so we had no power... ended up having dinner by candlelight and then the firefighters showed up with a generator so we could have our dj function :) lol

I didn't go nuts like those ladies, butI was fed up with people trying to take over and tell me what they thought I should be doing. I definitely started standing up for myself more and didn't let people walk all over me. I didn't get all Bridezilla though!
