Any experienced mamas willing to share some tips/knowledge on weaning?

We've about made it to the 1 year mark and my daughter loves food and is only nursing about twice a day and at night now so I think we're on the right track, but I'm a FTM and don't really know the proper steps to wean her completely. Any advice is appreciated!

If she's on cows milk now it will be easier. I weaned at 15 months and mine was also only twice a day at that point. Just try to skip a feeding and see how it goes. Or replace it with cows milk. Mine didn't even bat an eye at missing it. I did that for a few days and then I dropped the before-bed feeding and replaced with cows. It was a lot easier than I expected. I was probably more attached to it than she was.
