Help!

My partners not understanding AT ALL! I'm always tired, feel sick and don't wanna do anything. He's basically making out that I'm lazy. My hormones are crazy, I get snappy real quickly and if I do he gets mad at me and walks out the door and drives away? He's so stubborn, he won't listen to any advice I give. He's also too sensitive, like calls himself a piece of shit if he upsets me etc. it's sooooo draining! I've tried every tactic in the book and I'm just getting more and more drained from our daily arguments and him not being understanding and being all negative and depressed all the time
