Fit Mamas!!!
Only 6 weeks 2 days, and trying to keep up with my exercise routine (as my body allows of course!). I've always been a very active person, and I feel worse when I don't exercise! What are some other fit mamas' exercise of choice? I personally love barre class and spinning, but am open to new ideas! #happyandhealthy
