premie babies??

So I'm 26 weeks with twins and I'm admitted in the hospital until 34 weeks for induce or until they come if before. I'm sure they will be pretty small. What did you guys do for car seats.? Do we need special ones or what.?

If they are born early and are very small they might have be in the NICU for a little to make sure they are healthy. My cousin was born at 32 weeks and was in the hospital for a few weeks until she could eat and breathe well enough to go home. By the time she left she was close to 5 pounds I think. I've seen some infant car seats online that are for babies 4 pounds and up. 
I would make sure that the car seats you buy can accommodate smaller babies safely. Good luck!!

My twin brother & I came early and were 4 pounds & 6 ounces. We had to stay in the hospital until we were around 5.5 pounds.
