Morning after pill side effect?

I took the morning after pill about two weeks ago. I had my period early for about a week and a half (I just had it last week). I had no side effects due to the pill other than that. My period was surprisingly light and didn't hurt at all. However, I've been noticing spotting for about 4-5 days now. Should I be worried or is it just a side effect? It does not hurt, makes me uncomfortable, it just seems like a blood colored discharge.
