TDAP vaccine...please read

So this is a long story, but I will try to keep it short. In high school I went to the Dr and got a vaccination for HPV... Well soon after I was in and out of the hospital with extremely high fevers, rash, and excruciating pain all over.. after a year they finally diagnosed me with stills disease ( you cannot test for this, it was more of a last resort type thing) now looking back on it and reading what vaccinations can do to some people I'm thinking it was from my HPV vaccine.. now that being said I have not gotten the flu shot and only go out in public when I'm fully equipped with a scarf (for my face) gloves, and hand sanitizer. But my ob/gyn mentioned the TDAP to me today and said it will go into the babies system now so he will be more equipped when he is born.. I am 27 weeks and do not know if I should wait until last minute to get the shot ( I'm scared to take it now because I don't want to risk going I to labor early) or just completely do away with it.. please leave EDUCATED answers.
