If you take it just around ovulation (immediately after you ovulate), it can help prevent pregnancy by creating a big spike and then drop in progesterone, the sudden drop on progesterone causes the uterus to be less hospitable to a potential fertilized egg.
It's weird, but it's certainly worth looking into!

Not stressing your body and thinking about it and prayer. That's what I did. I and my husband had been trying for 2 years and mind you my son's are 20 and 16. Well, one day I told him I just wasn't going to worry or think about it. That when it happens, it happens. I prayed also and then we got pregnant!!! :) I'm due in August
