Opinions? could I be pregnant?

So, I don't like doing these posts cause it feel like I am being a little obsessive about becoming pregnant. But I figure I'll give it a try & see opinions. My last period was Jan 21-25.. semi irregular periods BTW.

I have yet to get my period (4 days late) according to my app. But I have been having cramp like feelings (like my period is about to start at any minute) they last for a hour or so.. then go away, also my nipples have been VERY sore which doesn't normally happen with my periods & I swear my boobs are getting heavier. Me & SO had sex pretty much once a day since the end of my last period until now... I have been getting CRAZY headaches & that's pretty much it (as far as symptoms go) & I just took a PT about a half hour ago & it was clearly negative... no faint lines, nothing. I plan on taking another in the morning when my urine isn't so diluted. I also had the "fish" dream a week or two ago... lol which I KNOW can't determine pregnancy.. but could it be a sign...opinions?
