no symptoms

I am currently 7 weeks according to glow. But I don't have any symptoms except tiredness and sometimes headache. I don't have vomiting and nausea. Is this normal cuz I heard you should go through vomiting for healthy pregnancy is it true that if you don't have vomiting and nausea pregnancy is not healthy?
