I'm a first time mom 38 weeks !
I'm due march 8th
At my 38 weeks check up, I was almost 1 cm dilated, and 60% effaced.
My question is .
Can your baby drop without being effaced?
Since I am 60% thinned out does that mean my baby has dropped already?
And I know I still have 12 days left but is there anything I can do to speed up dilation, effacement, and labor?
