Whats some motivation to help yall loose weight etc ?

I'm trying my hardest today I have had no motivation right now I would love to be 30-45 pounds lighter but baby steps I'm starting at 15 I eat healthy as I can I sleep 8-9+ hours most days I workout at home. I'm trying to get back into the gym.. I want to do this for me and for my SO. No judgment advice!
