Help?

I've suffered from problems with low appetite for a long time now, I was severely ill about a year ago to the point where the smell of food made me feel sick (no I wasn't pregnant XD) I couldn't keep anything down including water and as such it caused me to lose a lot of weight; weight I didn't want to lose I already felt like I was too skinny. 
Now it's getting worse I want to get my weight back up I can't even weigh myself because I'm too scared to see how much I've actually lost I just want feel like a real women and at the moment I feel like a skeletal mess. 
Can anyone give me some tips to help me? 
(Please don't tell me to just eat more, I have low appetite so I need tips on increasing my appetite so that I can be healthier in the long term)  
Please I don't want to feel like this anymore.
