please help!

Hello ladies, I'm 36 weeks today and I don't know what quite is wrong with me, any help is appreciated. Here's what happened. I was having BH contractions one after another so I sat down, and was still having them pretty badly. All of a sudden I got extremely dizzy, my vision was spotty and I couldn't move or function, I was extremely shaky, and then I threw up. After throwing up I was still dizzy, and now super shaky. BH contractions are still there but not as often or painful. What could this be??
