help please

So I'm currently on the "sugar pills" of my pack of birth control this week and I'm not on my period yet. (It's the first month I've been on birth control in awhile.) I had sex, twice today without a condom. Both times he pulled out. But do you think I should take plan b just in case? I've already taking it once this month about a week and half ago because I get paranoid.
