Extremely fertile buddies!!

Hello everybody! I've noticed that there are a lot of women on here who had one or more miscarriages and my heart truly goes out to you all ❤ i'm just curious if there are any of you who find it extremely easy to conceive and/or have never miscarried. This will be my 4th pregnancy all of which I have conceived the1st or 2nd cycle after stopping birth control. There was a point where I went in to have an ultrasound done a couple years ago to confirm my IUD was still in place because the strings or not noticeable and the technician told me that I was extremely fertile... i've always wondered how she could tell? Has anyone else experienced this?
