So sick!
I'm pregnant with baby #2, exactly 7 weeks today. My first appt is Wednesday. I've been extremely nauseous 24/7, barely eating, already gained 7 lbs. People keep mentioning twins. Thoughts? And is anyone else dealthly ill? I'm so sick and miserable.
