eczema?

So I have asked my pediatrician about this numerous times. First she said it was cradle cap then it was eczema. It is itchy and crusty most days. He is constantly scratching it then it bleeds. I just washed it really well with cetaphil baby wash and coated it in neosporin which is why it is shiny. My husband has psoriasis and I am worried that this is what it is. He has had it since 2 months old. It has gotten bigger, it was 2 small spots that grew together. It is slightly raised. Any ideas?
